GSS was commissioned to produce 20 plywood mannequins each with cast Jesmonite hands and feet. 

The process began with a 3-D body scan which was then transferred into a machine file to be cut on our CNC. After the plywood body had been assembled, each mannequin is brought to life with a set of hands and feet, which were then cast in solid AC100 Jesmonite.
